1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the use of the hiy baji platform and all its services. hiy baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between the user and hiy baji.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.

hiy baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Members are advised to review this page regularly at their own responsibility.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

A personal account must be created in order to use services on hiy baji. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed immediately.

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, on the same device, from the same IP address, or from the same household is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any earned balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Your account login details, password, and OTP must be kept completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately via live chat.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to register and use any service on hiy baji is 21 years. When requested, the user must verify their age and identity using a National ID card, passport, or any valid government-issued ID.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after an identity verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed. If it is proven that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on hiy baji are currently accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal will be paid to a mobile banking or bank account registered in the user's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met. Until wagering is complete, the bonus portion will not be included in the withdrawable balance.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any suspicious transaction, attempted fraud, or unusual pattern is detected, hiy baji reserves the right to hold the relevant transaction or investigate the account. The balance may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on hiy baji can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳500. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. Once ৳10,000 in bets is completed, the winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Playing certain games with bonus funds may not count towards the wagering requirement — contact the support team for the specific list.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• hiy baji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from the related bets will also be considered void.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn. hiy baji reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, incorrect odds being displayed, or changes to an event's schedule. The amount for any cancelled bet will be returned to the relevant user's account.

6.2 Odds and Events

Displayed odds are subject to change and do not guarantee any particular outcome. In live betting, odds may change due to internet connection delays — in such cases, the odds at the time the bet is finalised will apply.

If an event is not completed within the scheduled time or is postponed, the settlement of the related bet will be carried out in accordance with hiy baji's rules. For cricket matches, the official results of BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup will be considered final.

6.3 Multi Bets and System Bets

In a multi bet, each selection is independent; if the outcome of one event affects another, the bet may be cancelled. Placing bets on conflicting outcomes of the same event at the same time is not permitted.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hiy baji:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or illegal money laundering.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to manage bets or games.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Using insider information for match fixing or to gain any illegal advantage.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or acting as part of a professional betting syndicate.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by hiy baji

hiy baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon instruction from a court or competent authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

9. Responsibility and Limitations

9.1 hiy baji's Liability

While hiy baji aims to provide uninterrupted service through the platform, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or other reasons. In such circumstances, hiy baji will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond direct damages.

9.2 Acknowledgement of Risk

Online gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk. The user is considered to have voluntarily accepted this risk. hiy baji is not obliged to compensate the user for any loss unless it is directly caused by a proven fault of the platform.

9.3 Responsible Gaming

hiy baji reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or site notifications. However, continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Order of Precedence

If the terms of a specific promotion or bonus offer conflict with these general Terms, the terms of the specific promotion will apply. However, in both cases, the fundamental provisions of these general Terms will always remain in effect.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that fulfils the same purpose as closely as possible.
